Her clinical roles as a Surgical Technologist, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and EKG Technician gave her insight into patient intake, diagnostics, EMR workflows, surgical preparation, and care coordination, highlighting how inefficiencies impact patient care.

As CEO, Samina brings this real-world clinical perspective into strategic decision-making, ensuring Naviums’ solutions align with regulatory requirements, operational realities, and provider needs. She is pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, further strengthening Naviums’ commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
